(From e-commerce to Brand)
Tandemkross is a firearm aftermarket part, e-commerce's store who desperately needed a "Branding Make-over."
One of the biggest challenges TK faced was the way these accessories were being presented to the public and the overall "look and feel" of the brand.
We began by communicating our qualities differently, focusing on the actual improvements the athlete experiences, rather than engineering technical information. We integrated into our communication sponsor shooters using them as influences, projecting a more trustworthy and relatable brand image.
Gun Maps
By creating gun maps, we were able to simplify the different options available to the user. The subway lines located the part within the firearm's anatomy and quickly provided a solution to our user's problem.
Something to make us unique
We dominated social media with engaging content and developed a playful online personality; advocating for the Second Amendment and celebrating our patriotism in a reliable manner.
A complete evaluation of the e-commerce store, locate and help address technical problems in the back-end and re-think our shopper experience.
I was also able to enhance the quality of our photography, making products more appealing and displaying more accurate product shots to the online shopper.
