Convincing companies to relocate their staff and entire business model to a new location can be a real challenge if you cannot showcase the city's investment potential. Virtual Reality tours were a crucial component in maintaining the business pipeline active by making available virtual tours to out-of-state developers and thus increasing sales tax revenue by 15% between 2019 and 2020, while neighboring cities only saw a growth of only 1% to 9%.
